Product Returns:

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original tags attached, items undamaged, in re-saleable condition and all original packaging; Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back. Please indicate the reason for the return.

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival please contact us immediately via e-mail at Info@lullabybeach.com to arrange a replacement.

Returns need to be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Damaged items must be reported within seven days of delivery.

It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable. We STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items that we receive back.
